Hotel Registration
Three limited blocks of rooms have been reserved for CARVE attendees from Saturday, February 15, to Sunday, February 23, 2025, with limited availability pre-and post-conference. These include the Grand Summit Hotel, Sundial Lodge and Silverado Hotel, all are situated within the enchanting Park City Canyons Village. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to secure the special group rate for CARVE attendees. Room reservations are limited to two per CARVE attendee.

Deposits
To secure your reservation, a payment equal to the first night’s cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full by January 13, 2025. Please note that both deposits are non-refundable.
