When is CARVE 2024?

CARVE 2024 will take place from February 14-16, 2024.

Where is the program held?

Grand Summit Hotel, Park City-Canyons Village, will host this year’s CARVE conference.

Who is the audience?

This conference is designed for vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, interventional cardiologists, advanced placement providers, and any health care providers with an interest in vascular disease. Participants will find the information valuable and relevant to their day-to-day practice.

What is the conference format?

This course features lectures supplemented with expert panel discussions and networking opportunities to allow interactive learning and an in-depth understanding of the program’s core concepts.

Complication sessions

Participants are encouraged to bring complications cases to this meeting to review in panel discussions. All attendees will be required to sign a confidentiality statement.

Welcome reception

In addition to conference breaks, exhibitors will have exposure to key opinion leaders during the Welcome Reception. Always well-attended, this networking opportunity will be held onsite at the Grand Summit Hotel.

Physician Credit Designation

Global Education Group designates this live activity for a maximum of 24 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

What attire is appropriate?

The recommended attire for CARVE is casual to business casual.

Where will exhibits be set up?

Tabletop displays will be set up directly outside of the meeting room.

The Grand Summit Hotel will provide draped 6-foot tables for displays. Power will be available for each table.

When can exhibitors set up?

Exhibitors may set up displays at the Grand Summit Hotel after 5:30 pm on Tuesday, February 13.

When are exhibits open?

Exhibitors may present immediately before and after the morning and afternoon sessions. In addition, exhibitors are invited to a Foundation-hosted reception following Wednesday evening presentations.

When must exhibitors tear down?

Displays should be dismantled on Friday, February 16, between 11 am – 1 pm.

How can I apply to exhibit?

Please complete the CARVE Exhibitor Application and submit payment by December 1, 2023.

Applications are due by December 1, 2023.

This application is for exhibiting at CARVE 2024, February 14-16, 2024. To participate in the Fellows at CARVE Technology Showcase, a separate application is required.

Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

Any damages to the Grand Summit Hotel (Hotel), to CARVE – Clinically Relevant Vascular & Endovascular Surgery Conference, to Minneapolis Radiology & Vascular Research Foundation (Foundation), or to the vendor’s employees, equipment or property, or to any guest or third party caused in whole, or in part, by the outside vendor, is the sole responsibility of the outside vendor. Vendors shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotels, CARVE, Foundation and respective officers, employees, directors, partners, agents, members and guests from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons or property, settlements, judgments, losses and liabilities, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of investigation and defense (collectively “Claims”) arising out of or caused by its own negligence or acts or omissions in connection with the conference, the use of the Hotel’s facilities or the fulfillment of its obligations under these terms and conditions.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

The Foundation negotiates reduced room rates at our Fellows at CARVE Conference host Hotels. We encourage registered exhibitors to utilize the room blocks while considering cancellation deadlines in the block contracts. Room reservations are the sole responsibility of each industry attendee. CARVE is unable to assist attendees with any adjustments to their hotel reservations. All hotel room cancellations (full or partial, no-shows or early departures) will be subject to the deposit and cancellation policies in effect at the time of the reservation.
