CARVE 2026 will be held at the Viewline Resort in Snowmass, Colorado.

Nestled in the heart of Snowmass Village, Viewline Resort Snowmass is a ski-in/ski-out mountain retreat that blends modern comforts with a warm, lodge-style aesthetic. With airy, nature-inspired spaces, a revitalizing spa, and inviting dining options, the resort offers an ideal setting to relax, connect, and recharge between meeting sessions.

Hotel Registration

A discounted room block rate of $499++ per night is available at the Viewline Resort Snowmass, our official conference hotel. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to secure the special group rate for CARVE attendees. Room reservations are limited to two per CARVE attendee.

Guest rooms

To ensure a seamless experience, we highly recommend securing your accommodations through the CARVE 2026 reservation link (check your registration confirmation email) as soon as possible. Availability is limited, so don’t miss out!

Important: Viewline Resort Snowmass is cashless.

Cancellations

A deposit in the amount of the full room and tax will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation or modification of reservation must be received at least 31 days prior to arrival to avoid full room and tax penalty.

Winter Parking

Parking is run by the Town of Snowmass; guests that are staying at the hotel or visiting for the day will need to register their car with valet upon arrival.

  • Valet: $55 per day/per car  
  • Self-Parking: $30 per day/per car

The parking fee can be paid for via CC or charged to the guest’s room. Unregistered vehicles may be ticketed by the Town of Snowmass. 

Conference Travel

Viewline Resort Snowmass is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE).

Various ground transportation options are available, including shuttle services, taxis and rideshare services. Complimentary guest shuttles provide service to the Airport and throughout Snowmass Village.
