When is CARVE 2027?
CARVE 2027 will take place from February 14 – 17, 2027.
Where is the program held?
Viewline Resort, Snowmass, CO will host this year’s CARVE conference.
Who is the audience?
The educational design of this activity addresses the needs of vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, cardiologists and health care providers actively treating patients with peripheral vascular disease.
What is the conference format?
This course features lectures supplemented with expert panel discussions and networking opportunities to allow interactive learning and an in-depth understanding of the program’s core concepts.
Welcome Reception
In addition to conference breaks, exhibitors will have exposure to key opinion leaders during the Welcome Reception. This networking opportunity will be held onsite at the Viewline Resort.

What attire is appropriate?
The recommended attire for CARVE is casual to business casual.
Corporate Participation
Medical device companies are invited to participate in CARVE 2027 and display their products in a special exhibit area. Course participants are encouraged to visit exhibits during the session breaks and evening receptions.

Where will exhibits be set up?
Tabletop displays will be set up in the space next door to the meeting room. Viewline Resort will provide draped 6-foot tables for displays.
When can exhibitors set up?
Exhibitors may set up displays on Sunday, February 14, between 12 and 2pm.
When are exhibits open?
Exhibitors will have opportunities to engage with attendees immediately before and after the morning and afternoon sessions and during session breaks. Exhibitors are also invited to attend a Foundation-hosted reception on Sunday evening.
When must exhibitors tear down?
Displays may be dismantled on Tuesday, February 16, at 6:15pm, or Wednesday, February 17, between 12 and 2pm.

Payment is due within 30 days of application receipt or January 14, 2027, whichever comes first. Upon receipt of payment, the primary exhibit company representative will receive a link to reserve lodging in the discounted CARVE room block and a code to register your company’s representatives.
Exhibitor Terms and Conditions
Any damages to the Viewline Resort Snowmass (Hotel), to CARVE – Clinically Relevant Vascular & Endovascular Surgery Conference, to The VIVA Foundation (Foundation), or to the vendor’s employees, equipment or property, or to any guest or third party caused in whole, or in part, by the outside vendor, is the sole responsibility of the outside vendor. Vendors shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel, CARVE, Foundation and respective officers, employees, directors, partners, agents, members and guests from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons or property, settlements, judgments, losses and liabilities, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of investigation and defense (collectively “Claims”) arising out of or caused by its own negligence or acts or omissions in connection with the conference, the use of the Hotel’s facilities or the fulfillment of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
