Fellows at CARVE is an innovative educational program—designed specifically for vascular surgery, interventional radiology and cardiology fellows, and senior-level residents—that promotes the spirit of cross-collaboration so important in clinical practice.

Fellows at CARVE is held in conjunction with the 16th Annual CARVE Conference, bringing all of the insights and interactivity of CARVE to fellows and residents. Over the course of three days, February 12-14, 2024, attendees will gain a better understanding of the intertwined roles of these clinical specialties. Real-life cases and real-world data drive the exploration of what matters most—optimal clinical care for patients with vascular disease.

Why Attend?

This innovative and well-rounded program for fellows and residents features:

  1. Limited attendance AT Minimal expense
The Minneapolis Radiology & Vascular Research Foundation is proud to offer up to 25 fellows an opportunity to attend this conference by providing travel allowance, meals, and lodging at The Grand Summit Park City – Canyons Village. We thank the dedicated industry sponsors of Fellows at CARVE for making this possible each year.
  2. Dynamic program format
Fellows at CARVE features lectures supplemented with expert panel discussions, debates, and networking opportunities to encourage interactive learning and an in-depth understanding of the program’s core concepts.
  3. Hands-on technology exhibition
It’s an exhibit with a twist. Explore and rate innovations during a technology exhibition that features one-on-one sessions with industry representatives. Turn in your innovation ‘report card’ to enter a drawing for prizes.
  4. Case competition
A program highlight, ‘Cutting-edge Cases’ features all fellows and residents in attendance presenting short clinical cases to faculty and attendees. In five minutes, you’ll present a case with an unexpected complication or unusual solution and field a 2-minute Q&A session. Two finalists present their cases to the full CARVE audience.
  5. Mentorships
Take advantage of the opportunity to share candid conversations with a senior CARVE participant or faculty member. Fellows and mentors will be matched based on specialty, desired career paths, and mutual interests.
Apply Early!

The application deadline is November 27, 2023, however, fellows and residents are encouraged to apply early as travel and lodging grants are limited.
